    是不是人长大了 想法就会变得不一样
    想想前年暑假健身就一心只做有氧
    而现在也逐渐开始会在器械上耍耍了
    是追求变了吗 还是需求变了
    太久不运动就是这个样子 浑身疼的不得了
    其实身体才是最重要的 革命的本钱啊 不是么
    既然意识到了
    那么
    就好好锻炼 好好生活 健健康康的吧

    宝贝 我想你
     
    PS. 真真实实地做自己有什么不好呢
           待人真实一点 做人诚实一点
           好好对别人展示真正的自己
